Birthday and Xmas on one day, thanks to SUN MicroSystems (2000)
In September 2000, SUN MicroSystems took us for an outing in rental cars (;-) at the famous “Nordschleife”. You can find some photos here.. I had the pleasure of getting to know Frank Stippler, an all around nice guy and race driver currently competing in the Porsche Supercup as he was one of the three instructors. Since then, I’ve been following the Porsche Cup quite closely.
A lap with Frank in the “Renntaxi” around the Nordschleife was an unforgettable experience, and I can really recommend it if you are in the area.
