Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden.  Staudensellerie waschen, F\u00e4den abziehen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.Die  Butter erhitzen, nicht braun werden lassen. Zwiebel- und Staudenselleriew\u00fcrfel 5  Min. darin and\u00fcnsten.Birnensaft mit Wasser auf \u0153 l auff\u00fcllen, dazugie\u00dfen und zum  Kochen bringenDie klare H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche dazugebenund die Suppe 25 min.  kochen.Gorgonzola-K\u00e4se in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und in die Suppe geben. Suppe  mit einem Stabmixer leicht p\u00fcrieren. S\u00fc\u00dfe Sahne zugeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer  abschmecken.
