Den Pfannkuchen in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"top\">Fleisch marinieren, 30 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann 3-4 Minuten anbraten. Herausnehmen. Gew\u00fcrze mit Porree, Knoblauch und Ingwer anbraten, dann Gem\u00fcse hinzu geben und nochmals 3-4 Minuten anbraten. Fleisch &amp; Pfannkuchenstreifen hinzuf\u00fcgen.
